I'm just curious why this needs a reupload. What happened to the original? More specifically, why was it taken down?

Nope, not a thing.
I believe they just wanted to move on from the "Dead Games" name and distance themselves from their older projects
Thanks for dropping an answer on a necropost! Thought it would forever remain a mystery, but I suppose it was just someone distancing themselves from works they may not be proud of.
As someone who never got to play FoxDen, I a mnot going to download this out of respect for CosmoPickle.
